Delivery, checking and returns.

Delivery in this ordering interface is $12 when equipment totals less than $300, and zero from $300. The equipment threshold is measured before the welcome deduction. A delivery date is not assigned by the runbook.

Inspect track sections, connectors and carriers before fitting. Confirm that the model and quantities agree with the opening schedule, and retain packaging during inspection. Contact support@curtainmotion.shop with the project reference before arranging a return or replacing any suspect part.

Cutting, drilling or installing a component changes its condition. Please describe any such work when requesting assistance. Faulty or incorrectly supplied equipment is considered separately from an unused item returned because the opening plan changed.
